Originally from Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Dr. Waldron completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota in 2008 and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012.

Following graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Waldron focused her career in equine medicine and surgery by completing a year long internship at Tennessee Equine Hospital outside of Nashville, Tennessee. During her internship, she retained a high caseload and a large variety of equine cases with an emphasis on lameness and sports medicine. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Waldron spent time working at a large equine hospital in Ocala, Florida where she gained extensive experience working with neonatal foals. "I feel so lucky to have such an amazing career. Nothing makes me happier than to be outside on a beautiful day working with horses and the people who love them. It is so exciting to be a part of a profession that allows me to do this and so fulfilling to be able to help people and their animals heal and thrive."

Dr. Waldron's professional affiliations include the American Association of Equine Practitioners, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association.
